At En Route Jewelry, we want you to love your new pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-custom items. All returned jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition with the branded packaging intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original pouch and box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all tags are still attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
